Saunas and related services
Hyvölä House offers a wide range of sauna services to groups. Our smoke sauna has space for 20 and a hot tub for 14 people. The lakeshore sauna has space for 16 people. The saunas also include excellent washing and dressing rooms and toilet facilities. The saunas and the hot tub form a pleasant and relaxed venue for get-togethers for up to 50 people. Refreshments can be served in a Lappish hut or the main building.
Smoke sauna and hot tub
Hyvölä House boasts a traditional smoke sauna, which has space for 15–20 people. The facilities include a washroom with two showers and two dressing rooms. The smoke sauna is in use all year round and it offers an ideal way to round off a training event, forest hike or canoeing trip. Coffee and food can be served in the main building or in the cosy Lappish hut, which is located nearby and is available all year round. Salmon cooked on an open fire is a particularly popular dish served at the hut.
Lappish hut
Situated in the vicinity of the smoke sauna, our Lappish hut, which seats 20 people, offers groups an excellent setting for relaxing after bathing in the sauna. You can bring your own refreshments or use our catering services. The hut has a kitchen area, infrared heating and electric lights. Our menu includes wild salmon cooked on an open fire, smoked freshwater fish caught locally, and grilled meat and sausages with salad.
Fishing services
You can easily combine your stay at one of our cottages with fishing, as we offer motorboats of various sizes for jig fishing and trolling. You can either hire one or more boats or make use of our guide services. The main fish caught in the lake are pike-perch, perch and pike.
