This unique glass hut with a viewing tower is one of the concrete steps taken to promote the year-round recreational use of the shores of Kirkkojärvi and Vähäjärvi.
At the hut, you can enjoy a relaxing break and grill sausages after outdoor activities or climb up the viewing tower to admire the view across the lake.
Tusa Beach is located a stone’s throw away from the hut and a nearby islet is home to a flock of sheep.
Local residents and visitors alike can use the hut free of charge. No reservation is required.
In the winter, a ski trail and a 3.7-km ice-skating route are built on the frozen lake. Winter cycling is also possible on the lake. In the winter, you can also try out a whipsled mounted on the lakeshore.
