This route, from the Arpainen cabin to the centre of Soini traverses beautiful ridge and bog landscapes. You can stay the night in the cabin at Arpainen, which has a firewood shed, a toilet, a sauna on the riverbank, and a place for an open fire. Visitors can also pitch a tent in the area. There are several rest places between the cabin and Soini: Saarilampi, Löytöjoki, Läskilampi and Kaihiharju.
