A region with a rich history, Orisberg is connected to the lives of many notable Finns, such as author Sakari Topelius and composer Jean Sibelius. The charming Orisberg Church boasts a belltower where Sibelius and Aino Järnfelt are said to have got engaged. The belltower is the starting point of the route, which travels around Kotilammi amid varied landscapes along paths, duckboards and forest roads.
