The river valley cycling route takes you through three river valleys: Karijoki, Metsäjoki and Lappväärtinjoki. Known for its potato farming, the valley is lined by South Ostrobothnia’s highest points, Pyhävuori, Susivuori and Etelävuori, and Karijoki’s highest point, Iso-Kakkori. From the tarmacked road, you can take a little detour to visit Susiluola, or Wolf Cave. The route starts from the centre of Karijoki, where you will find services such as the Wolf Cave information point.
